Terms of Service

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to premium tools is offered on a subscription basis (monthly, 3-month, and annual plans). Subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

7-day refund policy: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing us. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.

2. Acceptable Use of AI Tools

You agree to use our AI tools lawfully and only for your own legitimate ecommerce research and business activities. You may not:

• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the tools or their outputs as a competing service.
• Abuse the Service through automated scraping, excessive requests, or attempts to bypass rate limits.

AI outputs are generated by third-party models and are provided as guidance, not guaranteed advice or results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before acting on it.

3. Classes and Consultations

Class bookings (physical or online) and 1-on-1 consultations are paid in advance via Stripe. Bookings are personal to you and non-transferable. Session details are delivered by email after payment.

Rescheduling requests must be sent at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, branding, course materials, and software provided through the Service are owned by Stradix Ventures LLC FZ or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use during the term of your subscription or booking.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to our tools. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stradix Ventures LLC FZ, Ecom Surgent, and their affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription or account at any time.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
