2. Our Services
2.1. E-commerce Courses & Training:
- Access: When you purchase a course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Content: The course content, including videos, documents, templates, and assignments, is for educational purposes only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share the content with any third party.
- Mentorship: Mentorship and WhatsApp support are provided as part of certain paid courses. This support is intended for guidance and practical assistance, not as a guarantee of financial success.
- No Guarantees: We provide strategies and guidance, but we do not guarantee specific results, sales, or income. Your success depends on your own efforts, market conditions, and business acumen.
2.2. Ready-to-Launch Shopify Stores:
- Ownership: Upon purchase, you will receive full ownership and control of the Shopify store.
- As-Is Condition: The store is sold “as-is” with the features and products specified in the product description. While we ensure everything is configured and tested, you are responsible for managing the store, its performance, and legal compliance once transferred to you.
- Customization: Any further customization, product sourcing, or theme redesign will be treated as an add-on service.
2.3. Sourcing Services:
- Service Scope: We provide product research, supplier vetting, and inventory order handling. Our role is to facilitate the connection between you and the supplier and manage the logistics on your behalf.
- Product Quality: We perform quality checks on samples and orders, but we are not the manufacturer. We are not liable for manufacturing defects or product-related issues that arise after delivery.
- Inventory Risk: The risk of inventory is transferred to you upon delivery. You are responsible for sales, marketing, and managing the inventory after it is received.
2.4. U.S. LLC Formation:
- Service Scope: We assist with the administrative process of forming a U.S. Limited Liability Company (LLC) based on the state of your choice. We handle the submission of legal documents, EIN registration, and virtual bank account setup.
- Legal Advice: We are a business services provider, not a law firm. The information provided is for administrative assistance and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You are responsible for consulting with legal or tax professionals regarding your specific business and tax obligations.
- Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for the formation process. We are not liable for any delays or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
2.5. eBay Business Setup:
- Service Scope: We help you create and optimize your eBay seller account and listings based on our expertise.
- Account Compliance: You are responsible for adhering to eBay’s own terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by eBay against your account, including suspensions or restrictions, due to your conduct.
3. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations
3.1. Payment: All payments for Services must be made through the payment methods available on our Site. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with your purchases.
3.2. Refund Policy:
- Courses: Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final and non-refundable. We offer free introductory courses to help you evaluate our teaching style before committing to a paid program.
- Ready-to-Launch Stores: Once a store has been transferred to your ownership, the sale is final and non-refundable.
- Services (Sourcing, LLC, etc.): Once we have begun the administrative work for a service, a refund may not be possible. Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our sole discretion. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for any cancellations or refunds.
