2. 💳 Payments

3. 📩 Order Confirmation

4. 📦 Delivery of Digital Goods & Services
- Courses and Digital Files:
Instant access will be granted via email or member portal upon successful payment. If you don’t receive access, reach out to us immediately. - Service-Based Orders:
Timeline and scope will be communicated via email. Most store setups or custom services begin within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
5. ❌ Refunds and Cancellations
We stand behind the quality of our work. However, due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds for:
- Completed service work
- Digital downloads
- Course enrollments
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in situations such as:
- Duplicate payment
- Failure to deliver the promised service (beyond our control)

All done-for-you services include 1–2 rounds of revisions, depending on the package selected. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
